Two-story Single-family House with Veranda and Insulation in Dolnoslav, Asenovgrad Municipality

The project concerns a two-story single-family house in the village of Dolnoslav, Asenovgrad Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The building is freestanding in the center of the plot according to the approved planning visa. Pedestrian and vehicular access is from the southeast, and two parking spaces are provided in the yard.

The building consists of two above-ground floors and has no basement.

At elevation 0.00: entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and dining area with access to a veranda, WC, storage, pantry under the stairs, and a stairwell.

At elevation +2.80: corridor, bathroom, two bedrooms with individual terraces, and a third bedroom, along with the stairwell.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete.
Exterior walls are 25 cm thick brick masonry with external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated from the outside on both concrete and masonry elements. Interior partitions are 12 cm thick bricks.

The roof is pitched, hydro- and thermally insulated, and covered with Tondach “Continental” brown tiles. Drainage is via visible seamless PVC gutters in RAL 1036 (gold-brown), with external downpipes.

Heating is via electric convectors.

Facade treatment includes white plaster (Baumit HBW 89 Life 0019), beige plaster (Baumit HBW 69 Life 0418), and natural gneiss stone (brown “kokal” type).
The windows are ETEM E75 aluminum joinery, RAL 1036, with triple glazing.
