Industrial Goods Warehouse with Two-Story Office Wing and Shared Wall

The project concerns a warehouse facility for industrial goods with an integrated office section. The design places the warehouse and part of the office area on the ground floor, with additional office space on the second floor, accessed via a single-flight staircase.

The building is attached (shared wall) to an existing industrial warehouse on the same plot, per the approved planning permit. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the north, where four parking spaces are allocated for this development.

The building has no basement.

At elevation ±0.00: warehouse, entrance foyer, conference room, WC, changing room, and staircase to the upper floor.

At elevation +3.00: corridor, antechamber, WC, and two office rooms.

The load-bearing structure is steel.
External walls are made of 6 cm thermal panels, while internal partition walls are drywall (gypsum board). The roof is pitched, clad with thermal roofing panels, and includes strip skylights of transparent polycarbonate.

The facades are finished with blue thermal panels (RAL 5015) and two-tone Aresbond composite cladding (white – ARS 1001 and blue – ARS 1701).
Windows are PVC, 6-chamber profile, color matched by sample, with double glazing (low-emission Ka-glass).
