Three-storey Single-family House in Mominsko, Sadovo Municipality

The subject of the project is a three-storey single-family house located in the village of Mominsko, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region. The building is freestanding within the plot according to the design permit. Vehicle and pedestrian access are from the southwest, from the street. Two parking spaces are provided within the property boundaries.

The building has three above-ground levels and no basement.

At elevation ±0.00 are located: entrance hall, bathroom with WC, kitchen with living and dining area, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet, veranda, boiler room, and a staircase providing access to the upper floors.

At elevation +3.20 are located: corridor, laundry room, bathroom with toilet, terrace, three bedrooms, and staircase to the next level.

At elevation +6.40 are located: corridor, storage room, and terrace.

The load-bearing structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, constructed with a reinforced concrete slab, thermally and hydro-insulated, and features internal drainage.

The exterior walls are made of Wienerberger bricks, 25 cm thick, with effective external thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated with external materials on both the concrete structure and the walls. Internal partition walls are also built with Wienerberger bricks, 12 and 25 cm thick.

Heating is provided via domestic electric appliances—convector heaters.

The façades are insulated and finished with a mix of materials and colors. The plaster is white (BAUMIT, 0019 - HBW 89) combined with "Naturalbond" composite façade cladding in light grey, dark grey, and black (NB-701, NB-703, NB-951). The walls are partially clad in grey natural stone. The terrace railings are solid.

The window joinery is aluminum, ETEM E75, RAL 7011 grey, with triple-glazed low-emission glass.
