This is a project for a multi-family residential building with garages. The building consists of four residential floors and one semi-underground floor that includes a garage and storage rooms.

The entrance to the building is located on the northwest side, facing the inner courtyard. The garage entrance is on the northeast side from the street, with two parking spaces at elevation -2.60, one at elevation -2.80, and a fourth space immediately adjacent in the courtyard. The semi-underground floor also includes four storage rooms (one for each apartment). The rooms and staircase are separated by a fire-resistant door with EI 90 rating.

Each residential floor contains a single apartment, vertically connected by a double-flight monolithic staircase illuminated from the northwest.

At elevation ±0.00 (first floor), apartment №1 has an area of 93.80 sq.m and includes a corridor, three bedrooms, two terraces, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a toilet.

At elevation +2.80 (second floor), apartment №2 has an area of 97.70 sq.m and includes a corridor, three bedrooms, three terraces, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a toilet.

At elevation +5.60 (third floor), apartment №3 also measures 97.70 sq.m and consists of a corridor, three bedrooms, three terraces, a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom, and a toilet.

At elevation +8.40 (fourth floor), apartment №4 has an area of 87.70 sq.m and includes a corridor, three bedrooms, one terrace, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The roof is partly flat and partly pitched, constructed of reinforced concrete with a 100% slope, thermally and hydro-insulated. The pitched sections are covered with bitumen shingles, while the flat sections are finished with granulated bituminous waterproofing. Drainage is handled with galvanized eaves-type gutters and external PVC downpipes.

The façades are insulated and rendered with HBW 9 Baumit Life 0411 plaster in white, partially clad with HPL laminate panels in Ruwanda teak color. The window frames are PVC (6-chamber profile, single-side foil, dark oak wood color) with double-glazed white float low-emission K-glass.
