One-storey warehouse with showroom and office area located on the Plovdiv–Asenovgrad–Smolyan road

The project concerns a warehouse for auto parts with a showroom, located in the Dolni Voden area of Asenovgrad, on the national road "Plovdiv–Asenovgrad–Smolyan." The building consists of a warehouse area, staff/service facilities, and a showroom. It is freestanding on the plot. Vehicle and pedestrian access is provided from the northeast via a local lane (under a separate project), where parking is available for six cars. The building is single-storey with no basement. At ground level (elevation 0.00), the layout includes the warehouse, a sanitary block with toilets and antechambers, a staff room, a changing room, hallways, a manager's office, and the showroom.

The load-bearing structure of the building is made of steel. The exterior walls are constructed from 5 cm thick thermal panels in RAL 7016 color. The internal partition walls are made of plasterboard with the required fire resistance. The roof is pitched at a 10% slope and is covered with 5 cm thick insulated roof panels. The façades are finished with 5 cm thick thermal panels in RAL 7016 color. The window frames are made of PVC in RAL 7016 color.
