The project features a four-storey residential building in Asenovgrad consisting of a ground floor with storage areas and three residential floors the building entrance is located to the southeast facing the street at elevation 0.00 there is an entrance vestibule and three separate storage rooms one for each apartment each residential floor includes one apartment connected by a two-flight monolithic staircase naturally lit from the northwest at elevation +2.80 apartment No. 1 has a built-up area of 104.00 sq.m and includes an entrance hall two bedrooms with a shared terrace a living room with kitchenette and a second terrace a bathroom and a separate toilet apartment No. 2 at +5.60 shares the same layout and area apartment No. 3 at +8.40 has a built-up area of 90.00 sq.m and includes an entrance a bathroom one bedroom with terrace and a living room with kitchenette and second terrace the structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete the external walls are 25 cm brick masonry with external thermal insulation and thermal bridges are insulated with additional material applied to the structural elements the internal walls are 12 and 25 cm thick the roof is hipped with a 50% slope thermally and waterproof insulated and covered with Tondach Twist tiles in Amadeus wine red colour drainage is handled via visible PVC cornice-type gutters and external downpipes the façades are finished with two types of plaster and partially clad in natural gneiss stone the window joinery is aluminium with foil-coated finish in RAL 7016 and fitted with double low-emission glazing
