Comprehensive Investment Project for Industrial Materials Warehouse with Trade and Office Area in Asenovgrad

Comprehensive investment project in the technical design phase for a warehouse for industrial materials with trade and office areas, located in Asenovgrad, on the main road Plovdiv–Asenovgrad. The building is designed with three above-ground floors and a basement. The ground floor contains the trade area, the second and third floors house warehouse and office spaces, and the basement is designated for additional storage. The building is designed in full compliance with all regulatory energy efficiency standards. The façades are treated with two types of silicate plaster and partially clad with composite cladding type “etalbond.” The structural system is monolithic reinforced concrete, and the roof is flat.
