Single-storey Warehouse Facility for Industrial Goods with Steel Structure and Thermopanel Cladding – Sections A and B

The project involves a warehouse facility for industrial goods, consisting of two identical sections – “A” and “B”.

The buildings are free-standing on the property, facing each other and positioned in compliance with required setbacks from the road and neighboring properties, in accordance with the approved design visa.

Vehicular access is provided from the east, north, and south (via internal service road), while pedestrian access is from the east, via a secondary road.
The site includes parking spaces for four cars within the property limits.

The building is single-storey and has no basement.

At level ±0.00 in each section, the following rooms are planned: corridor, two toilets, changing room, storage room 1 and storage room 2, designated for industrial goods storage.

The load-bearing structure is made of steel.
The exterior walls are built with 6 cm thick thermopanels, while the interior partition walls are made of gypsum board.
The roof is pitched and covered with roof thermopanels.
Skylights are integrated into the roof via strips of transparent polycarbonate panels.

The facades are finished with thermopanels in two colors – blue (RAL 5015) and white (RAL 9010).
The windows are white PVC joinery with insulating glazing (RAL 9010).
