Project for a Warehouse Facility for Construction Materials Storage in Asenovgrad

The proposed design provides for a freely positioned building located at the rear part of the site within the designated building lines.

The functional layout consists of a single warehouse space, complemented by a sanitary facility and a changing room. The warehouse is intended for the storage of unpackaged and non-combustible construction materials such as precast concrete elements, stone cladding products, porcelain tiles, and other construction-related inventory and materials.

Vehicular and pedestrian access is provided from the northeastern side of the property. The facility is intended to be operated by one employee who will be present only during loading and unloading activities. The required parking spaces, access roads, and maneuvering areas for vehicles are provided in compliance with Ordinance RD 02-20-2/2017.

The building is designed on a single level, with a maximum height of 8.00 meters.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete elements up to elevation ±0.00 and a steel load-bearing structure from elevation ±0.00 up to elevation +8.00 meters. The clear height of the warehouse space is 7.17 meters.

The external walls and roof are constructed of 10 cm thick insulated sandwich panels. Internal partition walls are designed as drywall systems according to Knauf specifications. The windows and doors are aluminum ETEM systems in RAL 9003 color, while the main entrance is equipped with a sectional industrial door in RAL 7024 color.

Roof slopes and drainage funnel locations are designed to ensure proper roof drainage.

The project includes Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Sewerage, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Energy Performance Assessment, Fire Safety, Site Grading, Setting-Out Plan, and Landscaping documentation.
