Two-Story Single-Family House in Asenovgrad

The subject of the project is a two-story single-family house located in Asenovgrad. The building consists of two above-ground floors and has no basement.

At elevation ±0.00, the following spaces are planned: storage room, corridor, bathroom with toilet, living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a veranda, and a staircase connecting to the upper floor.

At elevation +3.15, the layout includes: corridor, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, three bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), three terraces, and the staircase.

At elevation +6.30, an attic space is planned.

The load-bearing structure of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The exterior walls are constructed with 25 cm thick Wienerberger brick masonry and externally insulated with effective thermal insulation. Thermal bridges are insulated using external insulation materials installed on the reinforced concrete structure and surrounding walls. Interior partition walls are Wienerberger brick, 12 cm and 25 cm thick.

The roof is a multi-pitched (hipped) roof, thermally and waterproof insulated, and covered with gray “Tondach” tiles. Drainage is resolved using visible seamless gutters with a polyester coating (gray), and external downpipes.

Heating is planned to be provided via household electric appliances.

The façades are thermally insulated and treated with various materials and colors. The plaster is white (BAUMIT, 0019 - HBW 89) and gray (BAUMIT, 0864 - HBW 33), with partial cladding in gray natural stone (bone-style). The terrace railings are glass (tempered glass).

The window frames are aluminum, ETEM E75, in RAL 7011 (gray), with triple glazing (white low-emissivity float glass).
